Privacy & cookies
Updated 18 September 2026
This website is operated by Shinlex Ltd. The postal address and monitored privacy contact are pending confirmation before public business launch.
What this experience uses
The Shinlex page does not set cookies, write to local storage, or include analytics, advertising trackers, marketing pixels, external fonts, or third-party embeds. Its images and scripts are served with the website.
Basketball scores, discoveries and motion settings stay in the page’s memory and reset when it is reloaded. The experience does not send these interactions to a server. Sound is generated on your device only after you turn it on; no microphone access is requested.
Hosting and access
This site is prepared for hosting on Vercel. Requests to load a Vercel deployment disclose technical information, such as an IP address and browser information, to the hosting infrastructure. See Vercel’s privacy policy for its processing practices.
The site’s operator has not yet verified hosting log retention, processing locations, service-provider terms or international-transfer safeguards. This notice does not claim that the hosting platform collects no personal data.
Cookies and your choices
There are no optional cookies or tracking features in the Shinlex code to accept or reject, so this experience does not show a cookie consent banner. If optional tracking is introduced, it must remain disabled until the required consent is given, with an equally accessible refusal and a way to withdraw consent.
You can switch motion off using any Motion button, and sound off using the court’s sound control. The site also respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.
Contact and privacy rights
The contact link opens your email application; the website itself has no contact form. You can contact Shinlex at hello@shinlex.com.
Depending on the applicable law and processing, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent where consent is used. You may complain to your local data protection authority. For data processed by the hosting platform, use the privacy request options in its policy.
Before public launch
Shinlex Ltd. must publish its postal address and monitored privacy contact; confirm the purposes and lawful bases for any personal-data processing; identify service providers, retention periods and any international transfers; and provide a working route for privacy-rights requests. These details are not yet supplied for this concept.
